Pastoral Care for NextGen Ministry

This is a big topic! In our current cultural context, caring for the rising generations and their families can be complex and overwhelming. Add to that the fact that most ministry leaders have never had formal training in pastoral care and it’s easy to understand why this topic feels big! This practical workshop is step toward feeling more confident and competent as a caregiver in spaces of trauma and crisis.

With over 30 years of experience, mostly in the local church, I love to follow trends and discover new pathways for training ministry leaders. Two years ago, I created an online community called LunchBox to network, resource, and train children & family ministry leaders. I appreciate a good latte, walking through the woods in any season, and living with a sense of wonder in everything I do.
