Really?! How? What?! Yep, elementary student leaders can serve in Kid's Ministry! Curious? Let's explore the benefits of kids leading kids! Discover what it looks like to disciple kids to lead songs, read scripture, cover tech, plan parties, and champion giving projects! All the while, identifying and developing each child's spiritual gifts while building meaningful relationships with each kid on the team.

Chanda sensed God's call to ministry as an elementary student. After years of volunteering in children's ministry, she plunged into vocational ministry in 2011. Chanda was ordained as a pastor in the Evangelical Covenant Church in 2018.

In her free time, she enjoys adventures with her three grandkids, hiking, and reading theology and ministry-related books (really).
