In this workshop, we’ll explore the transformative power of being a safe person in the lives of young people. By focusing on the key principles of consistency, persistence, and predictability, you’ll learn how to create a secure environment that fosters trust and deepens connections with teens.

We will also delve into trauma-informed discipleship, understanding how past experiences shape the ways youth engage with relationships, faith, and community. Discover practical strategies to build authentic relationships, guide youth holistically, and support their growth in every area of life. Whether you’re a mentor, educator, or youth worker, this session will equip you with the tools to make a lasting and meaningful impact.
