Sustaining faith doesn’t require more programs, it requires more intentional adults. This interactive session offers practical tools and a flexible framework for engaging parents and volunteers to surround students with consistent presence. Grounded in key research on intergenerational relationships, participants will leave with clear, adaptable next steps for their unique ministry context.

About the Presenter:

Ben Bevis has been a long-time youth volunteer, youth worker, trainer, graduate school professor, Licensed Therapist and Life Coach. He has spent his 30 years of children, youth and family ministry experience choosing to remain curious, while enjoying the adventure of journeying with young people.

He has also developed a non-profit ministry model that helps youth workers and volunteers launch students to live out their unique Giftedness with their Circle of Support. Ben is most proud of being married to his beautiful wife Sara and a father to his three adventurous and curious kids. He’s also excited to chat about his backyard hockey rink or espresso. He enjoys mountain biking and nordic skiing with his friends and family!
