Using the experience of over forty years of ministry, Pete Larson will share a bit of what he has learned along the way. You'll come away with tips on programming, connecting generations, developing and keeping volunteers, and how to go the long haul in ministry.

Pete Larson is the Founder and Director of Family Fest Ministries, working to strengthen families and marriages through a variety of retreats and programs such as the Winter Weekend and Summer Splash family camps and the Marriage Booster Retreat.

Pete has worked with families and youth as a youth minister, motivational speaker, blogger, TV host for a children's hospital program, and retreat director, leading over 800 retreats. He lives in Bloomington, MN with his wife Lynn.
