About the retreat

  • Recharge Retreats are designed for lead ministry workers, whether full-time, part-time, or volunteer.

    For volunteer teams, Recharge can create a custom retreat experience to meet your ministry’s needs. Contact us for more info about custom retreats.

  • Retreat cost ($150) includes:

    • 2 nights lodging in your own room

    • 4 meals

    • Training materials

    • One-on-one coaching session

  • On Friday, guests arrive after dinner for meet ‘n’ greet and to get settled.

    Saturday is a mix of group training sessions with many extended times for personal reflection, focused work, and one-on-one coaching.

    Sunday morning involves breakfast, time for reflection and worship, and a closing time as a group.

    Note: we intentionally include Sundays in our retreats to force a break from your regular Sunday duties.

  • The summer 2022 Recharge Retreat will be at Charlson Meadows, a 142-acre lakeside estate with beautiful accommodations and plenty of activities, including hiking, biking, canoeing, kayaking, and more.
