We’re in this together
We thank you for working with us as we balance the importance of in-person community with the very real risks of the ongoing pandemic. As an ecumenical event, we acknowledge that we are all on a spectrum regarding how we view COVID-19. As a Christ-centered event, we invite all attendees to act responsibly and humbly submit to one another with loving regard for the needs of others.
The majority of our expectations are borrowed from the campus protocols of Bethel University, as well as Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
Attendees are strongly encouraged to consider distancing to the extent possible to limit the spread of COVID-19
Benson Great Hall (main sessions) will provide adequate space for attendees to distance as they are comfortable during main sessions.
Many workshop rooms will also provide adequate space to distance.
FACE COVERINGS (updated 1/6/22)
In accordance with CDC and MDH guidance, and compliance with recently enacted mask mandates in Minneapolis and Saint Paul, Recharge Conference will require masks for all participants.
