What’s a COHORT?
Each cohort is composed of 6-10 ministry leaders. In a Recharge Cohort, you will be heard, encouraged, and supported by other ministry leaders who have gone, or are going through, the same things as you.
Cohorts meet regularly for a year (or longer if they choose). Recharge takes care of all the planning, so you just show up and grow together.
It’s professional development, community building, and brainstorming, and you don’t need to plan a thing!
HALF A DAY
Cohort meetings are a time of mutual benefit and support. Each member brings one challenge they are facing in their ministry and invites the rest of the cohort to share from their collective wisdom.
ONCE A QUARTER
Reconnect for each season of ministry, and to prepare for the next. Quarterly meetings mean regular connection without overwhelming commitment.
THROUGH AN ENTIRE YEAR
Cohorts are led by their members, so each one can adapt to meet the needs of the leaders in it. Recharge facilitates the logistics, scheduling, and format. We even provide lunch! All you have to do is show up a few times a year to sharpen others and be sharpened yourself.
