What to expect at Recharge
MAIN SESSIONS
It’s a special time in a room full of like-minded ministry workers and free of any responsibility.
Each session includes an inspiring keynote message from a ministry leader along with games, giveaways, and a chance to connect with folks just like you.
Practical Workshops
Become a better leader with practical training from experienced ministry leaders. Every workshop is designed to prepare you with a new skill or approach to try the next time you’re in your ministry context.
Topics include: working with special need students, how to lead engaged discussions, understanding generational differences, how to be a mentor, and more.
Breaks and resources
It’s a full day, but not a stuffed one. There’s room to breath with regular breaks to explore resources in the Exhibit Hall, connect with your team, meet other ministry leaders, and enjoy some refreshments. Lunch is provided, so you don’t need to rush on and off campus to get a meal.
The Exhibit Hall is full of ministry resources and organizations to support and expand your ministry. The next big idea or ministry solution you’ve been searching for might be at Recharge.

Are you flying solo for Recharge? First of all, THANK YOU! We know many churches only have one or two people serving their kids. You aren’t alone, and you won’t be for Recharge, either. There will be special meeting places where you can connect with other attendees or are serving in similar contexts as you.
