EFFECTIVE SMALL GROUPS IN STUDENT MINISTRY

ERIC JOHSON
Bethesda Lutheran Brethern Church

The community and discussion that happens in small groups is the backbone to spiritual growth in the lives of students. Most of us have been in a small group that went south in hurry.

Eric will share tips and tricks that will bring your small groups from challenging to a highlight of your student ministry. You are sure to walk away with creative ideas that you can implement immediately. Focus will be on getting kids sharing at the right time in a way that keeps their attention and focus, overcoming small group challenges.
