Attendees will discover tangible skills and tools they can develop to revamp the ministry so that the load feels a little lighter helping ministry leaders do this job for years without burning out.

About the Presenter:

Sharon Rundell is the Family Life Pastor at Mill City Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Sharon spends her days ministering to children and parents, leading teams, is a ministry coach through INCM, mentoring ministry leaders, as well as public speaking. She loves finding the best nachos in town, reading a good book, and hanging out with friends. Sharon and her husband Andrew have been married for more than thirty years and they are the proud parents of three adult sons.
